The program stops at the half of the process and it says "Cannot continue". Until now, I used Magic DVD Burner and I thought that this is better. Can you help?

If you use Windows XP or below you can go to Start > Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs. In the Currently installed programs box, click on the 1Click DVD Copy program and then click Remove. If you have Windows Vista or above you need to go to Start > Control Panel > Programs > Programs and Features. Select the 1Click DVD Copy application and click on Uninstall.
After that, navigate to the official web page, click the Download button next to 1CLICK DVD COPY, save the file to your computer and install it using the serial key received when you purchased the software. If you still have issues, check the Burning FAQ section for further information. As an alternative, you can use another DVD burner from Software Informer database.
